PlastCamp
Scout Camp Bridge Replacement - Fay recently volunteered to replace a bridge for a Scout Organization in Middlefield, OH. The previous bridge could only accommodate a minimal weight load, posing a major emergency response hazard to the many children that attend the scout camp throughout the year. Fay realized this would be a great way to give back to the community by doing what we do best, advancing infrastructure.

CAWP Estimating Competiiton - The Constructor’s Association of Western PA partnered with local universities (Penn State, Pitt, and CMU) to assemble teams of civil engineering college students to participate in its first Estimating Competition. Four Fay employees were team mentors and two of our previous interns were competitors. The top three teams were the only ones that included safety as a focus in their oral presentations, an obvious result of their exposure to the Fay safety culture either as an intern or through mentoring for this competition. We were honored to play a part in this event. Another example of the Fay culture creating a positive image.
